‘How Do I Find Clients’ Clinic for Virtual Assistants
Attention all Virtual Assistants who are serious about building a solid business with great clients.
Are you fed up with struggling to find clients OR in not finding the right clients who appreciate you?
How would you like me to show you not only how to find clients … but to find your ideal clients. You know, the clients you really want to work with, who respect you, offer you opportunities and who consider you an essential part of their business.
The #1 most commonly asked question I receive from Virtual Assistants all over the world is “How Do I Find Clients?”.

As the author of “Virtually Successful: 8 Simple Ways For Virtual Assistants To Find (and Keep) Clients“, it hits a soft spot for me when I hear any VA – brand new or seasoned – ask the question “How Do I Find Clients?”. So much so that I thought it was time to address this question, at the very beginning of this new year, so that you can beat this challenge right away!
If you’re thinking…
- “Where can I find clients and build my business”, or
- “I’m not sure I’m ready to find clients,” or
- “I need to do a few things before I start looking for clients,” or
- “I don’t even know where to start,”
I want you to stop worrying. I want you to stop worrying because there is a way that you too can build a financially rewarding business, with fantastic clients who you enjoy working with every day. I can show you how.
In the *NEW* ‘How Do I Find Clients’ Clinic, I’m going to show you, from scratch, everything you need to know and do to find, attract and connect with great business owners who desperately need your help.
You see, when I started my Virtual Assistant business in 2003, I knew nothing about building a business or attracting clients. All I knew was how to be a damn good Executive Assistant in a government office.
I made lots of mistakes (LOTS of them). Looking back I realize those mistakes (yes, the ones that often brought frustration and tears) are still being made by Virtual Assistants today. Thankfully I learned from those mistakes, because within 9 months of starting my business, I had more clients than I could handle.
But not all of these clients were my ideal clients. So I went through the process of ‘cleaning’ out my business, identifying my true ideal clients and building stronger relationships with them (and discontinuing with the non-ideal clients).
I’d like nothing more than to help you avoid the mistakes I made, and the ones that will prevent you from attracting and connecting with great clients.
Through the years I built very solid, respectful and long-lasting relationships with several clients. Plus I earned fantastic revenue each month. I didn’t really need to go out there and market myself … but I did. I never stopped speaking to business owners, sharing with them, helping them find great VAs and more. I built, and continue to build strong relationships with business owners who are looking for VAs to help their business.
In today’s world, it’s not enough to simply set up your Virtual Assistant business and sit back for the phone to ring.
It’s not enough to get a website set up and expect people to find it and hire you.
It’s not enough to do a few social media updates in Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, and expect people to reach out immediately to learn more about you and ask for your help.
What it takes is demonstrating who you really are, understanding what your potential clients really need, identifying how your expertise can benefit a business owner and of course finding these ideal clients and then giving them a strong reason to remember and keep in touch with you.
And most of all, it’s about you deciding that you are going to take action and do what it takes to find your ideal clients – no matter what your internal dialogue may be saying.
Hiring Cindy as my coach is one of the best things I could have done. She has helped me to build a strong, solid foundation for my business.
Cindy has a knack for moving you out of your comfort zone without even realizing that is what she is doing. She pushes you to be the best that you can be and is full of support and encouragement. She creates a safe place for you to express your worries and fears and helps you to get past those to really stretch yourself and be the best you can be so that your business is the best it can be.
From mindset to marketing, Cindy has you covered. I’ve had business coaches before, but this is the first time I actually feel and can see the results of my hard work. If you are looking for a coach that will push you, support you, encourage you, and make you realize your full potential, you need to work with Cindy Greenway.

Think back to some of the difficult situations you have overcome in your lifetime — many likely much more difficult than running a business and finding clients. And you did it.
You can do this too … you can be yourself, connect with great people and help them grow, by using your own skills, expertise and more. You can, and you will provide value that will help another business owner succeed.
Even if you’ve never owned your own business, never felt confident enough to go out there and ‘sell’ yourself, or doubt even just a little bit that you can really do this, you can. Anyone can do this. Especially if they do what I am teaching in the ‘How Do I Find Clients’ Clinic.
Why am I doing this? Because it pains me to see VAs struggle.
There is no need for any Virtual Assistant to experience difficulty in building a great business. The Virtual Assistant industry is gaining attention and exposure — more and more business owners worldwide are becoming familiar with the profession. Business owners everywhere are searching for a great Virtual Assistant to join their business. I know this because I receive emails from them and speak with them every week.
I also know there are very skilled and valuable Virtual Assistants who are searching for great clients to work with. Many of these VAs eventually lose faith and self-confidence, ultimately deciding to close up and ‘go back to the real world’.
It’s my mission to help VAs build fantastic, flexible and rewarding businesses, with great business owners who respect and genuinely care for them as professionals who offer tremendous expertise.
In the 3 hour ‘How Do I Find Clients’ Clinic, I’m going to teach you exactly what you need to do to find great clients. This is not a quick fix scheme … it requires your attention, commitment, time, action and consistency.
Essentially, I’m going to take you step-by-step and show you everything you need to know and do.
I’ve done these exact steps in my business, and I’ve helped (and continue to help) brand new and seasoned Virtual Assistants implement these exact steps so they too can find with clients who will support them in building great long-term businesses.
