My Background Story
My name is Jason Rojas and I’m the founder of Hot Skills Training!
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years and I created this site because I’ve finally decided to venture out on my own and become an independent personal trainer. My goal is to provide the highest quality personal training experience, where the only thing that really matters is getting my clients the results they’ve always dreamed of. I want to prove that everyone can be a success story.
Fitness has been a passion of mine ever since I was in high school. I remember stumbling across the bodybuilding section of my local Barnes and Noble and being struck by the stories all of these incredible body transformations. As a scrawny kid, it was inspiring to me to think that I could, someday, look like one of my heroes like Arnold Schwarzenneger and Frank Zane.
After this burst of inspiration, I joined a gym and decided to start working out. I had tons of enthusiasm, but I quickly realized that I had no idea what I was doing. I walked into the gym completely lost, and spent most of my time there just wandering around like a lost puppy dog. I was intimidated by all of the big guys in the gym and didn’t want to look like a fool.
I tried SO many different workout plans from Men’s Health, T-Nation, and random muscle building blogs I found. Each new workout I came across online promised to be the answer to my struggles, the plan that would finally help me pack on real muscle and get the results I wanted.
What I Discovered – And How This Led To My Career In Personal Training
Well, after years of experimenting with endless workouts and diet plans, I finally reached the point where I understood what I was doing. And with this understanding came results. You see, it wasn’t anything about the workouts themselves that were magic. The key to building muscle and losing fat was in really understanding the key principles behind how it all worked.
It was this path of discovery that eventually led me to personal training. I had put years of effort into learning everything I could about fitness, and finally, I was getting results. I wanted to share this knowledge with other people so they didn’t have to waste their time on all of the nonsense that I tried. In other words, I made the mistakes so my clients don’t have to. In this way, I consider personal training to be the ultimate shortcut to getting fitness results. But the key is finding the right trainer.
That’s my mission at Hot Skills Training. I want to be a force for good in the fitness world, to help as many people as possible achieve the body of their dreams. And that’s why I’ve put together a team of the best personal trainers I could find to help me do it, and help as many people as possible. The popularity of online personal training programs has exploded recently and has allowed me to reach a much wider audience.

At Hot Skills Training, we offer fully customized workout plans based on your specific goals. Whether you want to build heaps of muscle, lose fat and get ripped, or just get in better shape, we can help you.
In our workout plans, we incorporate both strength training and cardio. Strength training is the primary method used to grow muscles, while cardio is what we use to help you burn more calories, lose fat, and optimize your cardiovascular system.
Our workouts are designed to completely fit your schedule. It doesn’t matter if you have a super busy lifestyle with a crazy work schedule. We can find a way to fit our workouts into your schedule. That’s the benefit of having a personal trainer, as you will have someone on your side who is willing to work directly with you to figure out how to make fitness something you can incorporate into your regular routine.
When you work out the correct way, you go to the gym with a specific purpose. And when you have workouts designed with efficiency in mind, you can get in and out of the gym in just 30-60 minutes, 3-5 days per week. Even our busiest clients are able to fit in 3, 30 minute workouts per week, which is the bare minimum you need to see results. There’s just no need to spend all of your time in the gym when it’s not necessary.
What if you don’t have access to a gym? Or you prefer to work out at home? Not a problem! Like I said, we will work with you to make sure you have a workout routine that fits your lifestyle, and you can get amazing results at home with the right equipment. All you need is a set of dumbbells and some resistance bands, and you’re all set! Many of our clients have made absolutely incredible body transformations working out from the comfort of their own homes. Even better, the equipment needed to work out at home is pretty cheap, and you can get a full setup with everything you need for less than $100.

We constantly change up your workout routine to keep things interesting and keep you motivated to keep on going. Consistency is probably the single most important factor in getting results and we do everything we can to ensure that you’re motivated to stick with the program. And if you do commit and follow our instructions, results are guaranteed. There’s not a single person we’ve worked with who followed our directions and didn’t get the mind-blowing results they were looking for.
